Fizz: What is it, how is it used and does it actually work?

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

If you're looking for a natural way to shake the cobwebs, boost energy and enhance your mood without copious amounts of sugar, calories and/or harmful ingredients then this post is for you!

Fizz is a naturally derived energy supplement sans the garbage, shakes, sugar and crash.

Get the natural boost you need to make it through the day. Whether used as a replacement for your morning coffee or for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, simply mix this vegan, low-calorie, effervescent dietary supplement with water. Designed to help increase energy levels while temporarily relieving fatigue, promoting alertness and enhancing cognitive performance. It's a vegan blend of Ginseng Root, antioxidant Coenzyme Q10, Chromium and B vitamins (including Riboflavin and Niacin) and is joined by naturally-derived Caffeine from Guarana and Green Tea. Available in a variety of great-tasting flavors, this dietary supplement is great for a daily boost. It's formulated without artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners; high fructose corn syrup, dairy, soy or gluten.

Start Small

I will admit, I didn't care for fizz initially but I was given the advice to start small then build up. I began with a half stick and worked my way up to one and then two at once over time (you can have up to 3 in one day). I also tried mixing it with TrueSport (hydration) or MindHealth (for cognitive function) which are both delightful. Personally, I like it most with a lot of ice in a big tumbler of water but sometimes when I'm out, I'll grab an ice water at Starbucks or a drivethru and use that as a little pick-me-up! This stuff is mama magic so I can keep with my toddler but I also use it before shows and dance classes that I teach to help with not only my energy but my mental clarity and mood as well - especially on those days where I just need a little extra help.

Picking Your Flavor and How to Use

There are several delicious flavors to choose from but my favorites right now are blood orange, strawberry and peach/mango. I'm looking forward to trying the new limited edition green apple flavor. I love how they bring out fun, festive flavors with each season and I'm hoping that the apple cider fizz comes back at some point! Any of the flavors can be used hot or cold. Many like to use the detox tea bags mixed with hot water and a fizz which is called a "Tizzy." How cute is that?! There are also recipes for making fun cocktails or mocktails with the fizz of your choosing. You can replace your other caffeinated beverages or add this into your routine.

How Does Fizz Compare to Other Energy Drinks?

As with any supplement, you'll want to check with your doctor if you have any underlying health conditions, if you're pregnant or if you're nursing. Eating whole foods, getting plenty of rest, moving your body daily and taking care of your mental health are paramount and there is not product in this world that can magically fix your woes. Supplements like fizz, protein shakes and even vitamins assist you in getting you to where you want to be but it isn't a "one drink fixes it all" situation.

I share these because I love them and they have made a positive impact on my life. THEY WORK!
